so irritated me I'm prominently running my review AGAIN.

Last week I predicted that my fellow movie critics would be split in their reactions to Freedomland. Boy, when I'm right, I'm right.
But just about everyone DID seem to agree that director Joe Roth (nice guy so we've heard) needs to return toot sweet to producing
and leave directing alone. Enough already.

recommendation? Use the time to catch up on the Oscar contenders -- Capote, Brokeback Mountain, and Crash (out on DVD) -- for
starters. Next week you'll have all my choices -- though I'm usually WRONG in my predictions I'm RIGHT to remind you to avoid the
